Get up to speed and carry out virtual assessments for workers requiring assessments that are not workplace based and for those undertaking hybrid working.

This expert led training session covers:

• Hybrid, mobile and remote working - legal requirements including the latest guidance relating to reasonable adjustments
• Different types of assessment
• Pre- assessment, legal requirements, GDPR, and gathering information using tools, flowcharts and forms
• Splitting the assessment into two parts and the reason why this is done. (1) by phone (2) Teams or Zoom platform
• When using the camera how to give direction to identify hazards and how to use the digital tools to facilitate user training through effective use of whiteboards, screengrabs and social models
• Getting the information required using ergonomic methods and tools
• Writing a report and making recommendations
