A one-day course designed for assessors who wish to examine their risk assessment process and workplace design in order to reduce barriers to the reduction of stress induced mental health disorders and improve workplace wellbeing.
Delegates will be able to understand stress in the context of work and workplace design, how factors that can cause stress can be avoided which will benefit the individual and organisation. Delegates are often surprised how often physical discomfort solutions can result in stress related mental health problems
This course will complement Mental Health First Aid training.
For all staff that want to be able to carry out stress risk assessments by understanding what stress is and how it affects the body, and how design of work, task and place of work can have a major impact on workers.
