To be able to competenly demonstrate the ability to select office products and be aware of different solutions to problems.

• How to select products, for example,  seating  - this part of the seminar will give the delegate a thorough knowledge of different types of chair and what the basic type should do and what a person with back or neck pain would need
• What different products do and are they necessary?
• How to justify solutions using cost benefit analysis and ergonomic knowledge, good practice and research
